How often do I need pest control?
Most Cave Creek homes do well on monthly or bi-monthly service, depending on pest pressure, landscaping and scorpion activity. We will recommend a schedule for your property.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Our products are family- and pet-friendly when applied by our technicians. Once dry, your home is safe for everyone.
Do you guarantee your service?
Yes. If pests return between scheduled visits, we come back at no additional cost.
How quickly can you schedule service?
Scheduling is quick, often with same-week availability.
Scorpions and general pests
Do you treat for scorpions?
Yes. Scorpion control is one of our specialties. We focus on block walls, rock beds, entry points and harborage zones.
What pests do you treat?
Scorpions, ants, spiders, roaches, crickets, desert mice, pack rats, roof rats, rock squirrels, kangaroo rats and more.
Do you treat inside the home?
Yes, whenever you need it. Most customers only need interior service once or twice a year because the exterior barrier does the work.
Weeds and landscape
How long does weed control last?
One pre-emergent application covers the full year. The current program is guaranteed January 1 through December 31, 2027. We start treating in October so the winter rains carry the product down to the seed.
Do you treat existing weeds?
Yes. We apply a post-emergent to kill active weeds, then put long-term prevention in place.
Do you offer plant and tree nutrition?
Yes: deep-root fertilization, soil conditioning, iron treatments, citrus care, tree and shrub nutrition and seasonal plant health programs.
Rodents and wildlife
Do you remove pack rats, roof rats and desert mice?
Yes. We offer humane rodent removal and exclusion.
Do you handle rock squirrels and kangaroo rats?
Yes, with humane wildlife control built for the Cave Creek desert.
Do you seal entry points?
Yes. Exclusion is a key step in keeping rodents out for good.
New homes and termites
Do you offer new-home pest control?
Yes. A move-in treatment sets up a barrier from day one.
Do you treat termites?
Yes: Termidor HE full treatments with a 6-year warranty, spot treatments and termite inspections.
Billing and your account
Do you require a contract?
No. Service is contract-free. You stay because it works, not because you are locked in.
How do I pay?
We accept all major payment methods, plus Zelle.
