Sage is terrific! Professional and easy to deal with. Wonderful follow up too. He came to check out and advise a treatment plan for the trees on our newly purchased property. One of our trees was really struggling, and Sage’s recommended treatment plan has really helped this tree’s health. It’s looking so much better in a short period of time.
Sage has always been friendly, professional, reasonable, and honest. Not sure you can ask for anything more from someone you’re trusting to work on to your property. We’ve used him for weed control and termite treatment over the years and the service has never wavered. Highly recommend.
Sage G. did an excellent job evaluating my citrus trees. He added the right nutrients, identified an issue with my lemon fruit, and clearly explained how to fix it. He also showed me how to protect the tree trunk from sun damage. My trees are now doing great! Excellent service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
This company comes out once a year to spray my weeds and I rarely have one pop up, if I do they come back out and spot treat. Highly recommend
Have used Local Choice for several years now for pest, rodent & termite control, and every time, the technicians are prompt, courteous and thorough. Management always gets back to me if there’s a question.
Local Choice has been spraying for us for over 2yrs now and we love them! Extremely communicative, on time always and happy to help (I even text pictures occasionally to inquire if I should be worried about small bugs I don’t recognize)! They are awesome!

We just completed our second appointment of monthly pest extermination and mosquito treatments. On their first visit we were not at home, but on this visit I was able to visit and discuss our treatment plan with our technician, Jacob. He was friendly, helpful, and explained the service he performed at our property. He was very thorough performing his tasks and ensuring our requests were addressed. Jacob indicated that he will most likely be the person assigned to our home, and I look forward to working with him in the future. After two appointments, we are completely satisfied with Local Choice. We look forward to fewer mosquitoes, spiders, scorpions, ground squirrels, pack rats, etc. in, and around, our desert home.
Love this company!! Sage the owner is incredibly knowledgeable about all things pest and plant nutrition. They use the least toxic method out there. Even with the rodent issue they don’t kill them they give them birth control!!! Very pleased. Highly recommend
Sage provides great service. He saved our dwarf citrus trees a couple of years ago. He’s been taking care of them since. We now have healthy, green-leaf trees with a lot of fruit production. His prices are extremely reasonable and the results are obvious. Give him a try!
Sage the technician knew exactly how to rid the premises of the rodents and located their entries into the walls of the house where he placed the electronic traps. What a relief! I had tried everything everyone suggested to rid or keep the rodents away but the rodents were way too smart. I called Local Pest as a last resort and so happy I did. I highly recommend them for any pests!
You have found the answer! However you got here, this the company for you. They provide the best service and price. Sage is a very professional and knowledgeable person and will take care of you. We have used their weed and termite mitigation plans and couldn’t be happier. They are the epitome of the saying “we do what we say, and we say what we do.” The professionalism and competence displayed is refreshing. Thank you Sage for your dedication!
We’ve had a great experience with Local Choice from speaking with Lisa to learn about the services offered to having Safe come and assess our citrus trees for health and nutrition needs. It was an easy process to set up the pest control and Seth was super knowledgeable and helpful. We will have Local choice care for our citrus trees in addition to the pest control. Their prices are reasonable and relieves us of any worries.
Sage Garvey with Local Choice Pest and Landscape is the BEST. I’ve worked with him multiple times whether it’s addressing wasp issues/nests, weeds and general pest control. I wouldn’t use anyone else. He’s sincere, genuine, knows his business inside and out and their prices are VERY fair and competitive. And, he responds almost immediately to calls and requests.
We have been with Local Choice Pest Control for a few years now, and I have been very pleasantly surprised by their overall elevated service. Jacob Hayes, one of their technicians, still treats us and our property like we’re not just another number on another street, which is truly wonderful. Over the years, I’ve thrown some curveball situations at them, and they’ve always taken great care to listen and provide real solutions. 10/10 would recommend.
we have been working with Local Choice pest and landscape for 2.5 years. While our neighbors complain of various insects, we are so happy that we have not had any of these issues. I can confidently say that I am so glad I found Local Choice Pest. Our community is fairly new (developed), and we have had spiders, ants, and other bugs. I did some research and read reviews. I called and spoke to a very friendly & thorough associate of theirs, Lisa, who walked me through what to expect, the costs, etc. Upon scheduling the service, I received great communications to confirm the appointment & reminder texts. The gentleman who came to our residence was nothing short of outstanding. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I cannot recommend this company enough.
Landscape nutrition and PHC is important to me and these guys get results. Sage takes pride in his work and knows his stuff. Great pest control company.
I’ve been using Local Choice and their service has been wonderful. I live in a condo and although the HOA provides a pest control service, it doesn’t do the job. Local Choice always wear booties as per my request. They take care of the exterior as well and I’m thankfully pest/critter free. I highly recommend giving them a call.
Sage is vigilant and diligent is helping us rid our home of roof rats. When activity was suspected, he quickly scheduled a weekend service to deal with the issue. We highly recommend Sage and Local Control.
Jacob arrived today for our first pest treatment at our new residence. We have had Local Choice Pest Control at our previous residents and have always been so very happy. Local choice came highly recommended from family that have been using them for a few years now. We pulled the trigger to finally have work done as we’ve noticed an increase in ants and crickets around our property. Service technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Sage is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and on time. He explains his services and the cost up front. There are no contracts and you can do monthly or bi monthly service. I love that he offers organic pest control that is safe for pets and kids. He can help with pests and bugs an since using him we haven’t seen any bugs alive around the house. We highly recommend his small, family owned business!
I had 2 BIG rats in my traps and with a text they came right out and removed them! Great service as they take care of my rats, bugs, and weeds!

Sage (Owner it Local Choice) is the absolute BEST. Sage was recommended to us by a family member when we moved into Central Phoenix back in March and he has provided the best customer service we have ever experienced. Not only is he incredibly friendly and professional but he is also impressively knowledgeable and responsive. Sage has gone above and beyond to help make our home mouse and bug free. We are even cancelling our Orkin termite contract and having Sage take care of our termite issues as well. If you are needing pest management services, we would HIGHLY recommend Local Choice Pest. Sage treats us like family and gets the job done quickly and adequately the first time.

Sage, the owner came out for a termite inspection. He was professional & thorough & quoted a very good price to do the treatment. Today his daughter, Alyssa, is here doing pest control spraying & setting rodent traps. She has been just GREAT & SO sweet! Tomorrow they will do the termite treatment & weed treatment & I expect that will go equally as well. So far this family owned company has exceeded my expectations in EVERY way!! I am looking forward to having all my pest control & weed control done by one company that I can trust! Their pricing is very competitive & I love the fact that they are a family business for over 25 years!
