Only what you choose to send us:

  • Free estimate form: the property address, the services you are interested in, any notes, photos you choose to upload, your name, phone number, email address and a preferred time.
  • Chat: anything you type into the chat window on the site.
  • Calls, texts and emails you send us.

We do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

To reply to you, look at the property, give you a price, schedule service and provide the service you ask for. Photos you upload are used to understand the problem and price the work.

Where it goes

  • Form submissions are emailed to our office and stored on this website so we can follow up.
  • The chat window is provided by Rosie, our phone and chat answering service, which handles the messages you send through it.
  • We share information only with the services that help us run the business, such as website hosting, chat and phone answering, and our scheduling and billing software.
  • We do not sell your information.

The customer portal and Pay My Bill links take you to a separate site run by our customer software provider, under its own privacy policy. Links to Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and Nextdoor work the same way.

Cookies

The site uses the cookies it needs to work, for example to keep a form on the right step. Services built into the site, such as the chat window, may set their own cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to provide service to you and to keep normal business records.
